Apostle Ivory L. Hopkins is the founder and overseer of Pilgrims' Ministry of Deliverance, Inc. in Georgetown, Delaware, which he and his wife, Evelyn, founded in 1983. Since that time, the church has become one of the largest, fastest growing churches in the area.

Besides being a full-time pastor, Apostle Hopkins travels extensively throughout the United States and foreign countries ministering in his own special, unique way resulting in thousands of changed lives. He flows powerfully in the ministry of deliverance, the prophetic and in church structure.

Pastor Levin V. Bailey was born November 12, 1953 in Weirwoods Virginia. To the late Caleb Bailey Sr. and Sarah Bailey. He is the last of eight children. He is married to Rose Phillips Bailey. Together they have two children a son Lionel Bailey, a daughter Chantel Bailey, a daughter- in-law Sharicka Bailey and a grandchild on the way. He graduated from North Hampton Senior High School in Virginia in 1972. After graduation he moved to Delaware in the fall of 1972.

Hi! My name is Evelyn Hopkins. I am the Office Administrator for Pilgrims' Ministry of Deliverance, head of the Media and Bookstore Departments at PMOD, and coordinate engagements for Apostle Hopkins and Pilgrims' Ministry.

I attended Chesapeake Bible College in Queenstown, Maryland where I obtained a Masters Degree in Christian Ministry.

I am married to Apostle Ivory Hopkins and have two wonderful children, Ivory and Jacqui.
